Here's a node that is tagged with <man_made=tunnel>. What is this node supposed to indicate?

Hier im Gebiet "Am Guten Hirten" werden Wohnhäuser entstehen.Vor einiger Zeit hat bereits der Tiefbau begonnen. Siehe dazu http://www.aachen.de/de/stadt_buerger/planen_bauen/bauleitplanung/verfahren/suesterfeldstr_am_guten_hirten_963/index.html
In der rechten Randspalte unter "Dokumente" finden sich dort die Planungsdokumente.

In diesem Teil der Stadt Aachen liegt die Parkzone K gemäß http://aachen.de/DE/stadt_buerger/verkehr_strasse/clevermobil/parken/bewohnerparken/15-05-19-Uebersicht-Internet.pdf
Die Parkzone ist in diesem Gebiet eher schlecht als recht als (undokumentierte) Boundary-Relation getaggt. Besser ist jedoch ein Tagging mit <parking:condition>. Ich versuche das nun umzusetzen.

Leider ordnet Nominatim diversen Features in der Aachener Innenstadt die Information zu, dass sie sich im Stadtteil Burtscheid befinden würden.
Hat jemand die notwendigen Infos zur Hand, so dass der Umriss des Stadtteils Burtscheid kartiert werden kann?
Die vorhandene Node ( node/69658212 ) wäre dann nur noch als Label zu verwenden.

Access to this way was restricted by a <turn:lanes> tag. However, it looks like an <access> tag or <access:conditional> tag might be more appropriate.

Is this really a secondary street? It has only one lane per direction and the speed is limited to 40 km/h. In my opinion, this should rather be marked as a tertiary street.

is tagged as a oneway road with one backward lane. Maybe the backward lane is a bus lane? But then the oneway rule should have an exception and the bus lane should be tagged as such.

For backward direction, the position of the bus lane should be verified: Left or middle lane?
Are there time restrictions for use of this bus lane? These could be tagged using <bus:lanes:conditional>.
