The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Cave Valley Climbing Area, also known as the Quarry Trail Climbing Area. This site features impressive limestone formations and rock walls, providing climbers with a variety of routes suitable for different skill levels. The climbing area is accessible via the Quarry Trail, located along Highway 49, just north of the confluence of the North and Middle Forks of the American River.
