this bart entrance is very deep and normally has two escalators; they're closing both until 2027, per bart signage that is usually optimistic. conveyance and access should be revisited upon reopening changeset/172460711

unclear why university relation: relation/15635086 was marked with the "was" lifecycle tag since as far as i can tell its still in operation enrolling for the 25-26 academic year... anyway in addition to this there does seem to be a need for clean up to remove incorrect amenity=school tags on campus structures/land and removal of duplicate amenity=university tags on areas already covered by this relation see changeset comment here: changeset/134041558
