Visited on 5/4/2025. There is no road here to speak of, or it was completely flooded out. The wetland was draining out to a stream over what might have been a beaver dam. Not safely passible

This building is suites 101-103 of this shopping center. The BWW is listed as suite 103 on their website but I didn't see any markings on the building to confirm that.
