Howell Rd is a residential Rd and not a thru street. Howell Rd also has a blind corner when turning onto Buffalo Creek Rd therefore greatly increasing the chances of accidents. Howell Rd is being impacted by heavy traffic mainly from tourists going to resort community running off of Buffalo Creek Rd. Commuters should be taking Bills Creek Rd and making a left onto Buffalo Creek Rd and vice versa (taking Buffalo Creek Rd and making a right onto Bills Creek Rd). |
