Changeset discussions are for discussing... well, changes. Who threw toilet paper in a tree at some Bible camp is relevant to no one, and even mentioning that you went there, especially as a minor, is a risk to your personal safety.

I would think that name "Fire Station 34" is incorrect and should be ref=34 and the name for the whole property is just a description. "Fire Station Access" is probably not a name either.
