This area should be marked as construction. Residential areas are already filled with homes, and this area is not. In fact, have the roads you updated actually been completed? They haven't been platted yet.

There's no "supposed to". There are multiple ways to represent data. I added all addresses in the county as nodes, but only because I couldn't easily assign them to buildings. Adding them to buildings is known as conflation.

Making paths that don't really exist for routers is a form of tagging for the renderer, I would think.

Your business won't show up in search results or on the map unless you add a recognized tag. Also, you dragged a street over a couple blocks by accident, which will mess up routers. Please address this.

I noticed you changed the address of the park to 1100. This is what it says on the Parks and Rec website, but it's on the south side of the street, so it should have an odd number address. The county assessor also lists the parcel address as 1101, not 1100.
