The campus itself doesn't have an address. The address you added (which is missing a predirectional) is just for the admin building.

These should all be residential roads, not service roads. They will be lined with houses.

Went there myself. It was temporary. They closed it and Dry Creek Road for construction lasting through June. The final alignment will be straight as specified in the plat.

I think it's okay to leave them as deleted if they're being removed in the next year or so. Reverting the deletions isn't too difficult though.

All major routers will either not show the features or mark them as inaccessible, and will certainly not route anyone down them.

Are the trails completely gone (as in you wouldn't even know there was a trail there)? If not, rather than deleting them, you can add access=no. Same goes for your other changeset.

The way the address numbers are assigned determines the predirectionals. Shouldn't WB Chinden have a West predirectional West of Eagle? Similarly, shouldn't EB Chinden have an East predirectional west of the western city limit border of Boise? It's weird because the road is only separated by a curb but I would think it depends on the side of the street one is on.
