Generally, oneway=no is an unnecessary tag on residential or other low-importance roads in normal circumstances. Even though it comes up as a menu option in iD, it does not have to be added everywhere.

The links only mean that there is a wiki entry for the tag. Remember that OSM is any tags you like, so you can invent a new one if no tag exists for something you want to describe. However, using recognized tags ensures easier comprehension of the data.

I think the utm_source is from Google My Business. The website is a page offered by Google Maps, so it makes sense that a link copied without paying close attention would have that tracking parameter.

Square doesn't turn shapes into squares, it just turns near-right-angle corners into right angles. Round objects (like kidney-shaped pools) will get messed up, but rectangular pools (even with unusual corners) will be made more accurate for it. Just check the shape after performing the operation to make sure it is still accurate.
