According to the street name review, it was approved as West Gem Prep Street. That's very odd that the sign doesn't have a predirectional. All new signs are supposed to be required to have them.

Being that Gem Prep Street is in Ada County, it has a predirectional, no? If not, I highly doubt it's a legal road and should be tagged highway=service.

Turns out the plat was recorded in December, but wasn't uploaded until the third. The roads were finished sometime in October or early November.

Yes. Notice that all surrounding streets have a South predirectional. I confirmed it using the county assessor map as well as a survey.

These paths do not have a name, and they already have tags reflecting that they are not for public use. Please remove them.

A lot of these roads are driveways, not tracks. Please fix them.
