The order of the ways in the route matters. I've fixed this in changeset/187615178

I guess that makes sense, I don't normally map roads. I usually see osm.wiki/Relation:restriction turn restrictions used to stop illegal turns and turn=* to indicate turn lanes. If this doesn't hurt routing adding the lanes should be fine, I just don't usually see them mapped as separate ways

You don't need to map individual lanes. The ways are usually only split up when there is physical separation
