Ciao, in OpenStreetMap per i nomi delle vie intitolati a persone si usa sempre prima il nome e poi il cognome (come era già prima), è una convenzione adottata in Italia, riportata nella wiki e seguita ovunque (è inutile fare esempi, basta che ti guardi attorno) osm.wiki/IT:Editing_Standards_and_Conventions#Nomi_delle_stradese ci fai caso è lo stesso formato degli indirizzi che sono stati importati tempo fa: (es. node/4755281437) dopo la tua modifica, i nomi delle strade e i relativi indirizzi (addr:street)=* non coincidono più ...

Well indeed I forgot to mention addresses in Italy should be mapped as nodes by convention as they represent the entrance rather than the building itself, so that's perfectly fine per se, while that particular node you mention is misplaced for sure, you cannot guess where it belongs
