The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

This track is not accesable it is behind locked gates and fence on private land, can ot access from Ferndale rd oR Edmund road. I tried!

I've created a GPS track for Flatland close it will help the GPS get in closer to these buildings. you might as well mark it public as it is the only way to get in here.
