Does this violate the "one feature, one OSM element" rule? There is both a relation and a building for this area

building:part=kindergarten. At this entrance(first picture with glass door) it is still signed as being part of "Knox International Center" The front red brick part, which is the part facing Minnehaha, is building:part=church. So I guess "Knox International Center" would be a relation?
