There are still steps here (maybe not at this angle, nor position, but everything nearby seems a little out) but they no longer lead anywhere. The top is blocked by the side of the new (2026) bridge. I've no idea how to represent that in OSM.

This is three properties. Willow Cottage to the NE, Ward Mill Cottage to the SE, and Ward Mill to the W. I've no idea on any boundaries between these properties.
