Ist das nür veraltete Beschilderung, die Straßen.NRW nicht entfert hat? Solche kann man auf Kaiser-Karl-Ring finden.

Nach einer Erhebung vor Ort habe ich gefunden, das manche Tempo-30-Zone-Schilder fehlen in der Altstadt. Das heißt, man kann in Die Tempo-30-Zone einfahren und dann verlassen, ohne das VZ 274.2 (Ende 30er Zone) zu sehen.
